The Spiritual Grind
Judgment Isn’t Truth: Build Thick Skin, Honor Belief, And Keep Going
Ever noticed how the loudest judgment shows up right when you start building something new? We’ve been there—launching the Lucidium World app while swatting away inbox scams and performative outrage—and today we’re turning that chaos into fuel. This conversation traces a simple line: don’t feed the noise, strengthen your focus, and keep your hands on the work that matters.
We dig into the messy middle where faith, metaphysical practice, and everyday life meet. Labels get tossed around online, but the people we know across traditions share a core: belief in something larger and a call to act with love. So we talk about thick skin as a spiritual tool—how to hold boundaries without bitterness, how to refuse bait, and how to keep your community safe by limiting the platform you give to hate. There’s honesty here, but also humor, because joy is part of resilience.
We also get practical about health. The fastest-growing spaces—holistic health, alternative medicine, and self-development—aren’t fringe trends; they’re a response to real needs. We share how bridging modern medicine with herbs and minerals can reduce side effects and improve outcomes, plus everyday examples: omega-3s for cholesterol, tea aisles exploding with choice, and why cravings can be useful data. You’ll hear a simple method to build a language with your body, use AI smartly to decode ingredient lists, and redefine balance as a living flow rather than a rigid target.
If you’re tired of being told to shrink, this one’s for you. Protect your attention, honor your path, and keep moving toward the life that leaves you lighter. If the message resonates, subscribe, share this with someone who needs thicker skin today, and leave a quick review to help others find the show. Your shine matters—let’s make room for it.

Good morning, everybody. Welcome back to the spiritual grind.
SPEAKER_03:Good morning.
SPEAKER_00:We're here again with a very juicy topic today.
SPEAKER_03:Ooh, juicy.
SPEAKER_00:We have a juicy one. Hey guys, in case you all haven't noticed, the Lucidium World app commercials on Facebook now. And our URL is up. You can actually visit that at HTTPS colon forge slash forge slash. App dot lucidiumworld.com.
SPEAKER_03:And smart enough when I edit, I will try to put that in the the link on the description. Yeah.
SPEAKER_00:That'll be cool. Um, and just a little bit of advice for you guys. If you all get stuff from in your mess instant messenger for your Facebook page, people telling you that you're violating the policies of the copyright laws for Facebook and it comes in your inbox from a regular name, it's probably not from Facebook. All you have to do is go to your account suite and check on your notifications because it'll be in your inbox and it'll actually be from Facebook, not from some random person with that lives in India somewhere. Or from like one of them lived in Mexico and that that we've got like five in the last two days.
SPEAKER_03:Yeah. I think the message to be put out is when you're putting up something new, don't believe everything that comes across. Do your due diligence and check it out and make sure it's not fishing or make sure it's not just hate mail or uh whatever. Because there are people out there that still live in that jealousy hate template. Yeah. And they'll do all kinds of weird shit. So just check it out first before you go into a state of panic.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah, it's kind of funny because it kind of is a good leeway into the topic I have for today. Because what is the real evil of the world? Because you know, uh this is the thing that really drives me nuts.
SPEAKER_02:Yeah.
SPEAKER_00:When people want to hide behind their religion, whatever that is, which we have a right to have any religion in this country.
SPEAKER_02:Right.
SPEAKER_00:But they want to judge us and make us and and put it off to when you're metaphysical or spiritual or or just exercising your right to religion any way you want to.
SPEAKER_02:Right.
SPEAKER_00:They want to label you as pagan or atheist or and that kind of stuff. And most satanic. Satanic.
SPEAKER_03:Satanic.
SPEAKER_00:When the full r levity of the whole situation is that I have yet to meet anybody in the metaphysical world, in the spiritual world, that don't believe in some kind of a higher power, no matter what it is. And most of the most loving people I have met in the world are in the metaphysical world.
SPEAKER_03:Well, yeah, I mean, actually, the the whole premise behind it is that we all most of us, we believe in a higher power. We just choose to call it something different.
SPEAKER_01:Right.
SPEAKER_03:When you actually have a conversation with all the denominations, air quote, of the world, it's basically the same premise across the board. And that compartmentalized judgment is what's makes them all the I'm gonna step on toes, you know. It makes some of the religions appear to be so judgmental, which is you know, something that we try to transcend is judgment because we're all on our own journey. That's great. And it doesn't matter if it's getting you through the transcendent stage of whatever your life looks like, right, I agree.
SPEAKER_00:And do you, boo, do you because here's the here's a part of this that I like that I want to make sure that we remind everybody of. I am a reverend. I am ordained. And the biggest part of this for me is that uh every religion falls on one thing. And that is a belief that something greater than us exists, and the majority of them believe that Jesus died for their sins. And but here's what they don't teach you anywhere in any of the Bibles, except for one that I can that I have ever read or studied, and that is it's a pretty rare place if they tell you to be aggressive or mean towards your brethren or anybody else in any in any kind of thing. It doesn't say be mean. Yes, they do say if you don't believe in what they believe, then you don't have to participate.
SPEAKER_03:Right.
SPEAKER_00:And you can walk away, you don't have to be a part of it. But to make a internal, external, verbally loud judgment towards anybody is in a way you are ba pretty much uh practicing what some metal metaphysical people believe in that you can read other minds. Are you reading their minds? You have no idea what their intentions are.
SPEAKER_03:Yeah. This basically comes because we got some trashy posts on Facebook about our stuff.
SPEAKER_00:Yes.
SPEAKER_03:And you know, we just don't play in that area. I don't play in the we don't feed into it. Just because you want to shove your opinion and your viewpoint off on us and do it in a very tacky, trashy manner, right? Doesn't mean that we're gonna give you any energy or anything. Um it it just means that you're the one with the issue, you're the one with the problem. So go deal with it and get off my page.
SPEAKER_00:If if you if you are such a closed-minded individual, yeah, and and actually let me let me back up one minute for you too. Like, because one of the comments that again one dude put like 15 or 16 comments back to back to back to back to back, all about uh all about biblical verses and how he translated the Bible and and all this other things. And and I want to warn him because he according to his profile, he is in Bible college. So if you're gonna be involved in a church, you don't think they look at your social media? I promise you they do, and you spewing that kind of hate, you won't ever get a job in that world. Because they don't want that person in their church because they're everybody else is gonna look 'em up.
SPEAKER_03:Right, exactly. Well, and you're going against your own beliefs. Right. If you're gonna act that way. Right. I mean, love thy love thy neighbor, isn't that part of it?
SPEAKER_00:Like I know, right? It's it's insane, really, to it it uh to think about how in depth a people w can come from within.
SPEAKER_02:Yeah.
SPEAKER_00:And just spew hatred towards people that they say are hatred.
SPEAKER_03:Right, yeah. You know, and uh a lot of times whenever we do have accomplishments, you and I will celebrate those in private for a little while. Oh, yeah, before we put them out to the public. Right. Just because there are those kind of people that live out there. And, you know, you told me many years ago, toughen up your skin because those people are out there. Yeah, they are, and it doesn't mean you have to buy into anything they say, it doesn't mean that their opinion or their perspective even matters.
SPEAKER_01:Nope.
SPEAKER_03:When you believe in something and it is enjoyable to you, keep doing what you're doing.
SPEAKER_00:Totally.
SPEAKER_03:And ignore that nonsense and that noise.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah, totally.
SPEAKER_03:Block 'em, don't play in it.
SPEAKER_00:I mean And that's where uh my the the podcast topic was coming for me is is thickening your skin. Yeah. In life. Um and understanding that that ever everywhere out there, because this is one of the things that really drives me nuts, is they try uh when those kind of things happen, they're putting themselves on a pedestal in their own mind.
SPEAKER_03:I think it comes from a fear base.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah, they do, and that's what happens when they're they're fear-based or they're jealous. Yeah.
SPEAKER_03:And so they lash out.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah.
SPEAKER_03:And, you know, they believe what they believe and can't really give the world room to believe something different. Right. But it's because of fear.
SPEAKER_00:Right. You know, like for example like our app is going to teach people about uh Lucidium World app is gonna teach people about herbs, about the power of minerals and stones, about how self-development is one of the most important things to do in your own world.
SPEAKER_02:Yeah.
SPEAKER_00:And to be a part of something bigger than yourself. That's really what this is all about. It's about recreating habits, it's about believing in yourself, becoming self-aware.
SPEAKER_03:Yeah, teaching it.
SPEAKER_00:And understanding what's going on and teaching others.
SPEAKER_03:Yeah, and you know, teaching people to uh remember how to be confident and have self-worth and deservability within themselves and not rely on people outside of them or their opinions.
SPEAKER_00:That's 100% right.
SPEAKER_03:So, you know, it's just important and it and it's a and it's a reminder. Don't let the negative nancies of the world get your goat. Right. You know, uh they're coming from a place of either fear or jealousy or just not understanding or uh not enough. That's where it mostly is. You know, be a compassionate being.
SPEAKER_01:Right.
SPEAKER_03:Let them have their space, just don't interact, don't respond, don't react, because it just gives more energy to that nonsense, basically.
SPEAKER_00:That's and that's where I I want to make sure that everybody understands that first of all, we're not we're not giving into it at all.
SPEAKER_04:Right.
SPEAKER_00:I'm just trying to make make people understand that that kind of stuff, you know, don't don't take it internally. Because, you know, those kind of people will make you, you know, question your own self-worth and your own thoughts and your own beliefs, and and you're living, first of all, if you're listening to it in the United States, you're living in a free country, and most of the other th most of the other countries out there are free too. But you you just have to remember that there are people out there. And uh in the famous last word of Snoop Dogg, he says, haters will always hate.
SPEAKER_02:Yeah.
SPEAKER_00:And it don't matter where you are, what you're doing in life, any subject that it is, that you're gonna find people that hate what you're doing.
SPEAKER_03:Oh yeah, absolutely.
SPEAKER_00:And like you just said, it's normally out of fear, lack of knowledge and or just you know, lack of self-worth their own internal structure or something to be a part of, something better, bigger than themselves.
SPEAKER_03:Yeah. But and so, you know, the biggest advice is is just don't buy into it. Don't let them take you from your path.
SPEAKER_01:Right.
SPEAKER_03:Don't let them steal your sparkle, your joy, your dreams, your joy of whatever it is you're doing.
SPEAKER_01:Right.
SPEAKER_03:Um, because there's gonna be that little group of people, no matter what it is you're doing, that always have their opinion uh, or how you can do it differently or better, or how you should do it differently or better all along the way, no matter what you're doing.
SPEAKER_00:So let's talk about um the spiritual world. And because, you know, through the course of us developing this ad app, we have done a lot of studies on spirituality, metaphysical, holistic, alternative medicines.
SPEAKER_02:Yeah.
SPEAKER_00:You know, in the in the top three most growing categories in the world are alternative medicine, holistic health, and then the next one down is metaphysical self-development research. And those three things by 2030 are expected to grow over four times bigger than they are than they were in 2020.
SPEAKER_03:Yeah, I mean, because collectively as a whole, people are wanting uh, you know, patients and uh clients, they're wanting to participate in their self-care, they're wanting more non-evasive options, 100% non-invasive options.
SPEAKER_01:Correct.
SPEAKER_03:They're wanting um they're they're wanting that that whole medical world to look differently. Right. Um, and for me, the whole goal with the Lucidium world is to actually in in the coming future get to a place where we bridge the gap between modern medicine and holistic medicine. We bring them together and teach them how to coexist instead of there being a constant uh punching back competition between them because they both have a place in in the world. They both have a place in the world, right? You know, because people's beliefs are dynamically unique and different.
SPEAKER_00:Well, yeah, and and the consciousness is changing, it's growing and uh evoluting. And because the the you know, like the the herbal world, you know, what a lot of people don't know is most of the medicines in this world, you know, that you get from a regular doctor, they come from some kind of natural state, which is an herb, or from the root, or for whatever that is.
SPEAKER_03:Right.
SPEAKER_00:And I th I think people are starting to understand that. Which now you go to a grocery store, the entire freaking aisle of teas that are there from people drinking tea.
SPEAKER_04:Yeah.
SPEAKER_00:There are, you know, uh many health health stores out there that are selling stuff like beetroot. They're selling, you know, they there are these entire stores on this stuff.
SPEAKER_03:And so this entire it's dedicated to the herbal world. Absolutely.
SPEAKER_00:I mean, let's talk about sprouts.
SPEAKER_03:Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_00:They're a large, very well-known uh grocery chain that they have entire sections of herbs.
SPEAKER_03:Absolutely.
SPEAKER_00:And that is their whole basic of their basis of their business.
SPEAKER_03:And if you kind of dial it back a little bit and come to the realization and awareness, you know, what does everybody think the multivitamin is made of when that was all that was on the shelf? Right. Right.
SPEAKER_01:It's all minerals.
SPEAKER_03:When that was a basically the only thing that you could get over the counter. Yep. Um, multivitamin is just the herbal and mineral supplements that you get from the earth to support your body.
SPEAKER_00:Right. Like my like me, I'm currently taking DHA and omega-3.
SPEAKER_03:Right.
SPEAKER_00:Which are fish oils that come from fish.
SPEAKER_02:Right, right.
SPEAKER_00:And uh and it's controlling my cholesterol.
SPEAKER_02:Yeah.
SPEAKER_00:With a tablespoon a day with no side effects.
SPEAKER_02:Yeah.
SPEAKER_00:Which is why a lot of the collective people in the United States and in the world are starting to switch over to us. Even the doctor of the day told me to control my cholesterol with DHA and omega-3.
SPEAKER_03:Right. Well, used to that would have happened. Right, exactly. Our uh your family practice doctor, yeah, when we explained to him that the modern medicine prescriptions they had tried on you were causing side effects. Yeah, my body doesn't like them. Uh uncomfortable.
SPEAKER_00:Very much so.
SPEAKER_03:Uh, we asked those legs. I asked the question. I said, can we just go on the route of trying the uh omega-3 and the DHA? And he was like, Yeah, sure.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah, if it works for you, then then he ran a test and it had dropped 40 points already.
SPEAKER_03:I would say the only side effect you're having is the gas.
SPEAKER_00:I do have gas from it.
SPEAKER_03:Not to put you out on front street.
SPEAKER_00:Put me out there in front street. If y'all walk behind me and you smell something, that could be me. Just so you know.
SPEAKER_03:As long as they're not fatty farts.
SPEAKER_00:I know, right? They're not. But man, it did. Like in the when it's clean, of course I looked it up, and that's actually normal in the beginning while your body is clearing out your system of the cholesterol, is it creates gas.
SPEAKER_03:Oh, yeah, 100%.
SPEAKER_00:Until it gets to that normal operating level.
SPEAKER_03:Right. And I mean, some gas is just a normal part of that process of you know digesting food.
SPEAKER_00:And it actually dropped my cholesterol. It dropped my cholesterol faster than the medicine did the first time I took it years ago.
SPEAKER_03:Right. And well, I'll give you an explanation if you want it.
SPEAKER_00:Sure.
SPEAKER_03:So in bridging the gap between modern medicine and the holistic version, if you've got a belief that is partially in modern medicine and partially in herbal or holistic, if you don't check in with to see what parts are in the modern medicine world, and you just go to take in a pill, it's not going to be as effective and as efficient as it could be if you're in the herbal world, for example. And so if you can find what your patientslash client uh belief system is around each area and devise a regimen based on that, you will have much, much more efficient outcome.
SPEAKER_01:Right.
SPEAKER_03:Your body, for whatever reason, resonates with the herbal side on that particular uh mechanism within your body.
SPEAKER_01:Correct.
SPEAKER_03:And so therefore, you're having phenomenal results from your omega-3 and your DHA.
SPEAKER_00:You know, and that's a part of the of this topic that a lot of people don't understand is the United States is behind when it comes to this kind of stuff being, you know, pushed in the in the collective.
SPEAKER_03:Or just allowed or accepted.
SPEAKER_00:Or exactly England's been drinking tea at three o'clock every for a century. And they change their tea up and it's herbal teas.
SPEAKER_02:Yeah, exactly.
SPEAKER_00:You know, and like the third world, what the people call the third world countries, you know, uh like ginger root is one of the largest things over there for cleaning out your bowels and your you know, it does lots of good things for you.
SPEAKER_03:Absolutely.
SPEAKER_00:And a lot of people just don't understand, you know, like the sodium. Like, for example, my my body needs salt. Everybody says you don't want to you don't want to take salt to raise your blood pressure, but my body uses more salt.
SPEAKER_03:Right.
SPEAKER_00:Why? I don't know. And I mean don't sort of it's actually sodium, let me clarify. It's sodium, not salt, but don't get us wrong.
SPEAKER_03:You know, it's not like you go around eating cups of it at a time.
SPEAKER_00:I never ate it before.
SPEAKER_03:It's like a pinch here or there a couple of times throughout the day.
SPEAKER_00:And I never because I was taught for years not to have salt with iodine.
SPEAKER_03:Yeah.
SPEAKER_00:And your body needs both of them. Right. If you're, you know, you'd you kind of have to have it in everything in the holistic world is about balance.
SPEAKER_03:That's right. Everything has a space. And to reject one part of that uh can create an imbalanced state even within the physical body.
SPEAKER_01:Correct.
SPEAKER_03:Even within the energetic body, you've got to find the balance. But before you can find the balance, you have to come to the awareness. Yep. And then you've got to create your um individualized language with the physical body, yes. With the energetic body.
SPEAKER_00:Um if you can't get in time with that, you can go to your doctor and ask you to do a blood test. That helps too.
unknown:Right.
SPEAKER_03:But the ideal situation would be to get to a place where you formulate a language with your body and find out what that is. Like for me, that's why I call myself uh an intuitarian. I don't call myself a vegetarian or a vegan or a pescatarian. I call myself an intuitarian because I consume whatever it is my body tells me it needs. Right. And I may find something that my body needs, and we may ride that wave for months on end, and all I want to eat is that thing.
SPEAKER_01:Right.
SPEAKER_03:And then it just falls off. Right. Like there for a while, for almost a year, I drank nothing but root beer.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah.
SPEAKER_03:Whatever was in root beer, my body needed, and then once my body was done with it, I put it away and there still is two six packs.
SPEAKER_00:Now you have two cases of vitamin water.
SPEAKER_03:Up in the cabinet of uh barbs or whatever AW root beer. Yeah, whatever. Because my body's just done with it.
SPEAKER_01:Right.
SPEAKER_03:Um, you know, currently it's my protein burgers and fish. That's all I want to eat. It's like a child when they get on a cake and all they want is macaroni and cheese, or all they want is sliced cheese. Well, that's where they're listening to their body. So I would encourage everybody to start being aware and listen to your body and start formulating that language. Yeah, whatever that is.
SPEAKER_00:That's what cravings are about. Is your body telling you you need something, or your body telling you you don't need something? Because it goes both directions, it's all like like you just said, it's in balance. So like you can make you maybe going to get a McDonald's cheeseburger for lunch or whatever, and on the way there you start craving, I don't know, uh uh Arby's.
SPEAKER_02:Right.
SPEAKER_00:You know, and it may be not the fact that you want Arby's or you know your body needs Arby's, it could be the fact that you're your body is telling you, I don't want what you're about to get, but here's a better alternative.
unknown:Yeah.
SPEAKER_00:And so it can be both ways if you learn to listen to that.
SPEAKER_02:Right. Exactly.
SPEAKER_00:You know, and it it's crazy how it really becomes in uh out of balance when you start l not listening. Yeah. Because it's it is, it's nuts. It if you when once you learn to listen to those things and say, Okay, why am I craving, I don't know, why am I wanting a chocolate bar? Why do I want a candy bar?
SPEAKER_03:Yeah, start looking it up. What's in chocolate that I might be needing? And when you get more polished with the skill, you'll look at the list of ingredients and you'll be like, oh, ping, there it is. Yeah, that's what I'm needing out of chocolate.
SPEAKER_00:It'll stand out like a sore thumb on the list.
SPEAKER_03:It will. And once you get tuned into it, at first you're just basically collecting data to put in the file folder.
SPEAKER_00:Right.
SPEAKER_03:Okay, I want chocolate today, and I've I've I've been eating chocolate the last three days. What is in chocolate? What are the ingredients? Right. Because the way the body works is if you have a craving for a specific food, it is because you've had it.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah.
SPEAKER_03:And the body has taken inventory of the ingredients in it, and it's having you go to the easiest source of getting what the body needs in the quickest and most efficient way. Yes. Rather than trying to communicate with, you know, uh flying banner or high what are they called? Hieroglyphs.
SPEAKER_01:Hieroglyphic.
SPEAKER_03:When you have no language between you and your body, yeah. Having cravings is the easiest way your body can send you down the right path of what you do or don't need to be eating.
SPEAKER_00:That's right. Or you can do it as a personal just habit.
SPEAKER_03:But if you start to get curious and say, okay, what is in chocolate? And you start practicing that and getting formulating a relationship with your body, right? You'll start to understand, oh, okay, so this is the ingredient that I am looking for in my body with the chocolate. Right. Then you can choose whether you want to eat the chocolate or go and get the ingredient and take it as a supplement or in a tea or in some other form to get exactly the thing that the body's wanting, or do you want to indulge and have the chocolate and and you can kind of start doing it that way.
SPEAKER_00:Right. You know, that's the same thing. And here's one of the tools and examples that I learned, and you you did a blog on it about AI, is I use Chat GPT. I will actually take a picture of something and say to ChatGPT, tell me what's in this. Yeah. I don't say to them, uh and I say, tell don't tell me what's good or bad. I want to know what's in it.
SPEAKER_03:That's right.
SPEAKER_00:Because there it is AI, and they are trained.
SPEAKER_03:Yeah.
SPEAKER_00:You know, it's and that training will that will make them say stuff like, Well, this is what's bad in it, this is what's good in it. You have to be clarified and say to it, I'll just make the determination. I'll make the details tell me what's in it.
SPEAKER_03:Yeah. Just give me an ingredient list, I'll decide what's good and bad in it for me.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah, because that's what happens a lot. Like uh people, and it's the same thing about the beginning of the podcast about the negative. There people are trained to do something, so is AI.
SPEAKER_04:Yeah.
SPEAKER_00:AI is trained. You know, like that guy this morning, he was he was uh he's trained to make those kind of comments because nobody has said to him, Hey, have you stopped and actually looked at any of this? Yeah, no, because he is not open-minded enough with his own self and his own confidence, because that's the only thing he knows.
SPEAKER_02:Yeah.
SPEAKER_00:And so, but he don't know how to create a balance.
SPEAKER_02:Right.
SPEAKER_00:And that's what the metaphysical and spiritual world is about, is creating balance no matter what the topic is.
SPEAKER_02:Right.
SPEAKER_00:Is it about an app coming out? Is it about food? Is it about friendship? Is it about whatever it is?
SPEAKER_02:Yeah.
SPEAKER_00:And you know, you you have to have the balance within it and even know the ingredients that are in your body.
unknown:Right.
SPEAKER_00:You know, like like the the my medical doctor actually said, well, you need to be on a according to your nutrients, you need to be on a multiv a multivitamin.
SPEAKER_02:Right.
SPEAKER_00:And uh we started doing uh smoothies every morning.
SPEAKER_03:Yeah, because when you did the multivitamin, it made my stomach up so there were some of the things in that multivitamin that your body said, No, I don't need all this stuff.
SPEAKER_01:That's right.
SPEAKER_03:And that was uh communicated to you via nausea.
SPEAKER_01:Oh, yeah, it was bad. It was bad.
SPEAKER_03:And that was a side effect that you weren't willing to carry and have. So we went in an alternative way to get you a more diverse uh nutrient plan by doing smoothies with, you know, different ingredients.
SPEAKER_00:And then on my last blood test, six weeks later, yeah, perfectly fine. All my nutrients are back to normal. As a matter of fact, they're perfect. All of my nutrients are like perfect. Yeah. And so it's crazy to me when we can't be closed, or why why the human race has become so closed-minded to everything. You know, and and understanding that the balance within your own life, you need to, to create balance, thicken your skin. You need to thicken your skin up.
SPEAKER_03:Yeah, I just want to put this little pop out there. Balance does not mean equal weight on both sides, though, either.
SPEAKER_00:Because your body may need to be heavier on one side or you may need it heavier.
SPEAKER_03:Balance means that little balancing act means that sometimes the right side goes up and the left side goes down, sometimes the left side goes up and the right side goes down. That in and of itself, depending on the mechanism that you're talking about, is the definition of balance within that system or within that mechanism.
SPEAKER_00:It's not about a stagnant balance, it's about a understanding that the flow of everything in your life goes up or down, up or down either side.
SPEAKER_03:Right. It's not a linear concept. That's right. Like with uh what is that little tool you use that has the little bubble in the yellow liquid? The level.
SPEAKER_00:The level, yeah.
SPEAKER_03:Yeah, it's not about getting that bubble completely level in between the two lines and it stays there forever. That is not the definition of balance.
SPEAKER_01:That's right.
SPEAKER_03:Sometimes, and in some areas, that is balance and that's what's necessary. But the majority of the time, balance looks like an ebb and flow up and down, up and down, bit about not being stagnant, and then sometimes even finding the balanced um neutrality where both sides are equal. It's the three, all three of those.
SPEAKER_01:Right.
SPEAKER_03:And um, and so just updating the definition of balance, I think, will help a majority of of the collective as well.
SPEAKER_00:Yes, it and that's the truth, and that's why, like in uh many uh Asian uh religious beliefs, you know, they talk about uh the chakras and how that that energy is always flowing.
SPEAKER_03:Or the yin and yang.
SPEAKER_00:And yin and yang as a balance. They share you see that energy flow is a balance itself, and we as humans have lost our connection to that old time stuff like that. But now it's starting to come back because now we we've seen all sorts of research on the laboratories are testing energetic flow, you know, how it's actually proven. It's actually proven now that every uh thing that has a heartbeat, that's all they've studied, it is actually projecting energy.
SPEAKER_03:Well, they've actually studied other objects that don't have organs, right. And realized that they are emitting uh energy as well. Just had a very smaller I think it's called inantimate objects.
SPEAKER_00:Inantimate inanimate objec objects. Yeah.
SPEAKER_03:So what science is actually learning is that everything is putting off some sort of energy and uh including the human body.
SPEAKER_00:Right. No, I totally agree. And that's where that's where when you're in the meta when you're in this world, the spiritual world, metaphysical world, self-discovery world, whatever you want to call it, making your skin thicker. Because you're gonna catch all sorts of from other people, you know, people throw judgment. You know, for years now we have been just kind of sticking quietly to ourselves. Yeah. Because of the people, how they think of you and us and each other. Yeah.
SPEAKER_03:And I think every religion honestly has that has a little bit of that, you know, uh uh because I've I I sit around and I watch people interact and conversate and and if they've had experiences in their own religion of not being well accepted, then if if the religious topic comes up in a group and somebody says, Oh, well, what religion are you? you can see them kind of shrink in and they'll say it under their breath, oh, I'm this religion or I'm that. And so I think a little bit of that energy lives within all of them for fear of not being accepted by everyone. Right. And that's also evident in the workplace. That's why a lot of the uh corporations have rules of that not being an open topic to conversate about in the professional world. Yeah, don't talk about religion because it's such a football, it's a sensitive topic.
SPEAKER_00:Yes.
SPEAKER_03:Um, that's because there's so many people out there fucking judging people.
SPEAKER_00:Totally.
SPEAKER_03:Like, mind your own damn business.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah. You know, and it's it's crazy.
SPEAKER_03:Honestly, because if you do any research, if you do any study, you'll see that we all are just we all are doing whatever daily regimen we need to do to get us through the day, right? And whatever that looks like for each individual is really not anybody else's damn business. Right. And all these damn nosy nancies that want to push their daily regimen and other people's face, or they want to get in people's face and say, Oh, you're doing it wrong. Oh, you're what? Metaphysical, oh you're what Methodist, Catholic, like I can name them whatever.
SPEAKER_00:Right.
SPEAKER_03:Shut the fuck up and get out of my face. Like, mind your own business.
SPEAKER_00:Right. I'm not gonna go judge yours, and I don't ex and I expect not to be judges.
SPEAKER_03:Right. Those kind of people just need to stand down. I'd rather judge everybody for who they are and how they act. They need to buy a roll of duct tape, honestly.
SPEAKER_00:But that's the the key to this is the metaphysical world believes and the spiritual world believes is you don't judge people. You you don't you just don't do it. You allow them to be who they are.
SPEAKER_02:Right.
SPEAKER_00:And accept them, you accept them for who they are, or you d you don't have to be in part of their bubble.
SPEAKER_03:Well, the reality is that most of the religions teach that.
SPEAKER_00:Right.
SPEAKER_03:Love thy neighbor. Yeah. Um something I mean, listen, I'm not gonna sit here and quote scripture because I don't live in that world.
SPEAKER_02:Right.
SPEAKER_03:But I know that there's some commandments or some verses or whatever that say love thy neighbor.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah.
SPEAKER_03:Um as a father. You you you can probably give it a few. Yeah, I guess.
SPEAKER_00:I'm not gonna give it a sermon.
SPEAKER_03:So if you're going around judging people, you're not even following your own damn religion's guidelines.
SPEAKER_00:I'm gonna use the words of a very famous, a famous speaker once said, um, when he was he was doing a topic in Dallas um on personal development for believing in your ideas and how to manifest them. And very well known man, very I'm not gonna put his name out there, but he said to a guy out in the middle of the audience, he stood up during the question time and he said, Uh, you're you're this religion, and I don't believe that way. Why should I believe what you said? And he just looked across his word and said, You sound to me like you're a word you're the your words are coming from a man that hasn't actually ever studied anything other than what you're studying. Or you've never been to another country.
SPEAKER_02:Yeah.
SPEAKER_00:And because third world countries, you know, th they accept each other for who they are.
SPEAKER_02:Right.
SPEAKER_00:You know, the the problems they have, except for a few, you know, that are going through religious battles right now.
SPEAKER_02:Right.
SPEAKER_00:Because they feel like religious is supposed to be a battle of some sort. I don't understand. But when you when you act that way, it's because you're it's a lack of education. It's kind of like cussing. When you're judgmental of others, and and that's what he said, he's like, Well, why did you pay uh buy the ticket? And and the guy couldn't answer the question. So he there was there was something you were here to learn.
SPEAKER_02:Right.
SPEAKER_00:Or you wouldn't have paid the ticket just to stand up and say that in the middle of the audience.
SPEAKER_02:Right.
SPEAKER_00:And to make a long story short, is your your uh response of judging who I am compared to what everybody else is here, because you have no idea who they are or what they are, is just you like cussing as a teenager. It's a lack of vocabulary.
SPEAKER_02:Oh no.
SPEAKER_00:That's what they say used to say back in the day. But that's what he said in this right in the middle of this thing. And you're judging me. And so who's right here? I haven't judged you. I don't care who you are.
SPEAKER_02:Right.
SPEAKER_00:I'm just up here teaching teaching everybody. If you want to be a part of it, you don't you don't have to be a part of it, or you can be a part of it.
SPEAKER_03:Right.
SPEAKER_00:But I don't care who you are, right? I don't really I love you for who you are.
SPEAKER_03:Yeah. I didn't tie you up and make you buy the damn ticket.
SPEAKER_00:No.
SPEAKER_03:You bought the ticket on your own, you drove yourself here and showed up and sat your ass in the chair.
SPEAKER_00:So that's my point of all this is understanding for everybody, is what who's really the more loving person here?
SPEAKER_03:I think my point really is even if you don't want to understand it and you're gonna be boxed in into your own religious perspective, then stay in your box and keep your mouth shut. Right. Don't try to force your stuff off on somebody else that's not interested, and certainly don't do it in a rude and tacky manner.
SPEAKER_00:Right.
SPEAKER_03:That's it's tacky.
SPEAKER_00:Well, you don't have to engage, and if there's something you see, just like if you're driving down the road, and most of the time these same kind of people do this, yeah. You drive down the road, you see somebody holding up somebody with a gun, are you gonna pull over and jump out of your car and tell him he's doing something wrong? No, you're gonna keep right on driving. Right. Because most of the time people that do that kind of things don't have that kind of internal uh internal strength.
SPEAKER_03:Right. Well, just like on our social media platform, nobody told him he had to read the thing. Yeah, nobody told him he could have just go right by past and moved on.
SPEAKER_00:That's right.
SPEAKER_03:I don't even know how he got on our feed to begin with.
SPEAKER_00:Like Well, it was a it was an ad that we run for Lucidium World.
SPEAKER_03:Right. Just scroll on by. Like you know, ignore it.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah, you know, if you're you can go through your life hating others. I'll just I'll just boot you off like I did. Because I don't need you you don't need to ruin somebody else's day.
SPEAKER_02:Right, exactly.
SPEAKER_00:So you know, move on with yourself, keep your your opinions to yourself, we'll keep ours to ours. Yeah. Because I didn't respond to the guy, I just kicked him off. Yeah. I did actually I did tell him we love you and and we appreciate your comments, and then I kicked him off.
SPEAKER_02:Yeah.
SPEAKER_00:But because I don't want to I I don't it I don't want the other people to be affected because I'm strong enough to withstand it and you are too. But I don't want the other people that are maybe, you know, learning their own strength to be, you know, to be uh directed by hatred.
SPEAKER_03:Right. Yeah, exactly.
SPEAKER_00:Because being directed by hatred is never a good choice.
SPEAKER_03:No.
SPEAKER_00:But anyway, so that's what my that was my podcast subject of the day, is because people just because we're metaphysical, spiritual, that is a religion, just like Baptist, Methodist, Catholic, whatever it is, it is a religion and it's a choice, and then we're we're in a free country, we're allowed to do that.
SPEAKER_03:Absolutely.
SPEAKER_00:And and if you want to pass judgment upon yourself, I would I would really check your own religion because you won't see us passing judgment on you.
SPEAKER_03:Right. Yeah, if you want to pass judgment on other people, so ye not to be judged. Oh wow.
SPEAKER_00:Because that is word for word verbatim. Wow. And also the shortest verse in the Bible was a response to somebody making a judgment just like this, and it was Jesus wept. And so if you're gonna create those kind of things, remember you just made Jesus cry. Because that says it in the Bible. Over I'm not gonna get into the whole story, over somebody being offended by another. Because he wants to share love and understanding, but yet you're gonna you're gonna create your own judgment upon somebody else, and now you have made Jesus swept.
SPEAKER_03:And not, I mean, you're gonna create your own judgment and not in a happy, positive, loving way.
SPEAKER_00:100%.
SPEAKER_03:Yeah.
SPEAKER_00:And that that is not what any religion preaches in there, including those who want to hate it, not the Muslims either. They don't treat hate, they don't teach hate, and they don't it's I'd most of the Muslims that I've ever met in my life are some of the most stoic great people I had ever met.
SPEAKER_02:Yeah.
SPEAKER_00:Really good people. And and but yet I was taught that they're crazy and and they're not, really. No, not after I read the Quran. I know it's not. There's no hatred in there. It's the it's the ones that take the take parts of that of that beautiful book and move it over here and then turn it into some hatred.
SPEAKER_03:But that's in every religion. It's in every religion. It's not just in that one. I agree. I agree. I mean the guy that posted that's evidence of that.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah. He just takes the part out of it, parts out of it he wants to use to attack somebody else.
SPEAKER_03:Monsterize crap.
SPEAKER_00:Yep. But anyway, so that's where it is. Toughen your skin, guys, and stay on your track because you're on the right. I don't care what religion you're in. We do not care. We do not care. I do not care. I'm gonna walk up to you and shake your hand on the street. I don't care what you look like, I don't care what I don't care what your sexual orientation is, I don't care what your gender is, I don't care any of that stuff. If you're a loving, caring person, we're gonna we're gonna engage in you.
SPEAKER_03:Well, I tend to care what you smell like.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah, just don't smell pleasant.
SPEAKER_03:So if you don't smell pleasant, I will engage, but it will be from a little bit of a distance.
SPEAKER_00:Especially if you've been after you're at DHA and Omega 3.
SPEAKER_03:And then eight hot dogs.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah, then eight hot dogs. Yeah, that was not a good night for anybody.
SPEAKER_03:That is some green lingering stuff, man.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah, it's been crazy. But anyway, hey, y'all y'all love one another. And don't fall for the bull crap, really. You know, just stay on your course.
SPEAKER_03:You know, keep don't let anybody steal your shine.
SPEAKER_00:Yep.
SPEAKER_03:Don't any let anybody take your dream and turn it into fear or questioning or any of that. Hold on. I'm trying to remember hold to your dreams, hold hold to your shine, like whatever that is.
SPEAKER_00:I'm trying to remember the guy. There's two people I can think of that come to mind about that. One of them was the girl that started Spanks that tried to get investors, and everybody told them no. And she just recently m made the billion dollar mark as a female owner.
SPEAKER_02:Nice.
SPEAKER_00:After after they told her that it would never work.
SPEAKER_02:Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_00:And and they she's just kept on plugging. That's right. And then the guy who did the uh uh ring cameras.
SPEAKER_02:Oh, right, yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah, he he tried to get multiple investors.
SPEAKER_02:Yeah.
SPEAKER_00:And he believed in this product, he believed in who it was, he sold everything. He almost lost everything over all of it.
SPEAKER_02:Yeah.
SPEAKER_00:He goes on Shark Tank, don't make a deal.
SPEAKER_02:Right.
SPEAKER_00:And he just recently sold it to Amazon for three billion dollars.
SPEAKER_02:Yeah. Yeah.
SPEAKER_00:Go, come on.
SPEAKER_02:Yeah.
SPEAKER_00:So that just goes to show you that no matter what those haters are hating, they're gonna always hate. Just don't let them hate you.
SPEAKER_03:They can hate you. Don't give them the power to hate you. Don't buy into it.
SPEAKER_00:Yep.
SPEAKER_03:Don't let it affect your journey.
SPEAKER_00:Yep.
SPEAKER_03:Keep doing what you're doing.
SPEAKER_00:Yep.
SPEAKER_03:Especially if you love what you're doing. Yeah, hold that space.
SPEAKER_00:Hold the space, hold the positive energy, and let everything line up the way it's supposed to.
SPEAKER_03:Absolutely. Because there's room on this planet in this world. For everybody. There's room for every idea, every invention, every everything. There's room for every bit of it.
SPEAKER_00:Right. You know, and I'm going to leave with this thought. I don't know if everybody saw that uh um Instagram clip of that kid that got up in the middle of the classroom and and basically chewed out the teacher and telling her to get up from behind her desk and actually teach these kids because they want to learn. And she like What? Yeah, you there's a there you everybody will know but you. And he gets up out of the back of the seat because he asks questions. He got in trouble for asking a question by the teacher when he just blew up. He gets up out of his seat, he walks towards the teacher and says, Are you gonna get up behind your cheat chair and and teach these kids? Because they want to learn. I want to learn, just like everybody else. Y'all are so stuck in this in your behind your behind your desk and teaching from a distance, you forget to actually teach people so they'll learn. And he walks out and he went viral over this thing. And uh anyway, to make a long story short, short, it actually it changed because he believed in what he believed in and he was trying to learn, literally.
SPEAKER_02:Yeah.
SPEAKER_00:And uh he wasn't scared to be who he was. He stood up and made a comment, and and I I don't know where he is now, but I I hope he's done something good because it's been a year or two ago. I don't know. Everybody remembered. He was a long-haired, blonde, blonde-headed kid wearing all black, and all he was trying to do was learn history.
SPEAKER_03:Right, right.
SPEAKER_00:And uh he's good for him. Yeah, good for him for standing up. Yeah, and so we've got to ask everybody to have a little bit of thick skin every now and then, step outside that box when you need to, and just be who you are.
SPEAKER_03:Yep, and don't let anybody steal your shine.
SPEAKER_00:Nope. Anyway, guys, hey, don't forget to follow us, like, follow, and share. Um, you can find our webpage at www.themercenters.org and uh our Facebook page, Instagram, everything's up and active. And you can check out the new website, www.lucidiumworld.com.
SPEAKER_03:And uh Facebook page.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah, and the Facebook page of Lucidium World. You'll see the ad running around the it's international running right now on a little test run to see how it does.
SPEAKER_03:Well, and you've got the page up as far as the actual Facebook page, right? And you're adding different components of the app uh a little at the time. Um as they get created and and all of that. So that way you'll get little snippets of what's in the app and yeah, you will, because you'll get little videos every day. Juicy stuff that is gonna be available.
SPEAKER_00:Yep. Anyway, guys, we appreciate y'all listening. And uh don't forget to like, follow, share, and ring that bell. Hey, we hope you all have an awesome day.
SPEAKER_03:Love ya, and then we're gonna be able to
